  1. Prepare the meat:
      • Cut the pork into medium-sized pieces, not too small or large. Set aside.
  2. Cook the meat:
      • Heat the pork fat (or oil) in a pan over medium heat.
      • Add the pork pieces and fry until the meat changes color and is browned.
  3. Add liquids and seasoning:
      • Pour in half a cup of water and add the tomato paste.
      • Season with salt.
      • Stir well to dissolve the tomato paste, then cover and let it simmer until the liquid reduces and thickens.
  4. Add garlic and sausage:
      • While the meat simmers, peel and mince the garlic cloves.
      • Add the sliced smoked sausage to the pan and cook for a few minutes (sausage cooks quickly).
      • When the meat and sausage are ready, add the minced garlic and season with pepper.
      • Stir everything well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve:
      • Serve hot with pickled cucumbers, fresh cheese, and optionally a soft-boiled egg with a runny yolk.
      • Enjoy this rich and comforting meal!
