Prepare the meat:

- Cut the pork into medium-sized pieces, not too small or large. Set aside.

Cook the meat:

- Heat the pork fat (or oil) in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the pork pieces and fry until the meat changes color and is browned.

Add liquids and seasoning:

- Pour in half a cup of water and add the tomato paste.
- Season with salt.
- Stir well to dissolve the tomato paste, then cover and let it simmer until the liquid reduces and thickens.

Add garlic and sausage:

- While the meat simmers, peel and mince the garlic cloves.
- Add the sliced smoked sausage to the pan and cook for a few minutes (sausage cooks quickly).
- When the meat and sausage are ready, add the minced garlic and season with pepper.
- Stir everything well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
