This is the perfect donut recipe. It's very hard to stop eating them, believe me, they are so fluffy and in combination with vanilla cream, mom... madness. Let's get down to business and show you how easy they can be.

In a large bowl, I added 190ml of warm milk, an egg, 7g of dry yeast, a spoonful of sugar, 350g of bread flour, salt, 40g of butter and kneaded the dough well for about 10 minutes

I let the dough rise for an hour.

In a large saucepan, I poured 350ml of milk, 50ml of cream for the whipping cream and put everything on medium heat to heat it up.

I mixed the yolks with 45 grams of sugar, of course you can add more or less and a pinch of salt.

I added 25 grams of corn starch

When the milk was hot, I slowly poured it little by little, after which I put it on medium heat until the cream started to form.

I put the vanilla essence and let it cool.

When the dough was ready to rise, I put it on the worktop and divided it. (I got around 12 doughnuts)
