- Let the sauce cool.

- In a large bowl, add 400 ml of whipping cream and 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence.
- Mix until it starts to thicken slightly.
- Incorporate 300 ml of condensed milk.
- Pour three-quarters of the cantaloupe sauce into the mixture and stir well.

- Pour the ice cream mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- Place it in the freezer for about an hour

- After an hour, pour a little bit of the remaining cantaloupe sauce over the semi-frozen ice cream.
- Use a knife to create some decorative shapes on the surface.
- Finally, sprinkle peach puree from the compote on top.
