Prepare the Apples:

- Wash, peel, and core the 3 apples.
- Slice the apples into pieces that are not too thick nor too thin.

Make the Batter:

- In a large bowl, combine 195 ml milk, 140 g flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 2 teaspoons vanilla essence, and a pinch of salt.
- Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and mix everything well until smooth.

Cook the Apple Fritters:

- Heat a little oil in a well-heated pan.
- Dip each apple slice into the batter, coating it evenly.
- Fry the apple slices in the pan on medium heat, cooking each side until golden and crispy.

- Once cooked, drain the fritters well and serve them hot.
- Optional: You can serve with honey and arafide for extra sweetness, but they are perfectly delicious on their own!
