  1. Prepare the Apples:
      • Wash, peel, and core the 3 apples.
      • Slice the apples into pieces that are not too thick nor too thin.
  2. Make the Batter:
      • In a large bowl, combine 195 ml milk, 140 g flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 2 teaspoons vanilla essence, and a pinch of salt.
      • Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and mix everything well until smooth.
  3. Cook the Apple Fritters:
      • Heat a little oil in a well-heated pan.
      • Dip each apple slice into the batter, coating it evenly.
      • Fry the apple slices in the pan on medium heat, cooking each side until golden and crispy.
  4. Serve and Enjoy:
      • Once cooked, drain the fritters well and serve them hot.
      • Optional: You can serve with honey and arafide for extra sweetness, but they are perfectly delicious on their own!
