      • Place a flatbread on a clean surface, sprinkle cheese on top, then add a spoonful of the meat mixture.
      • Fold or wrap the flatbread like a pocket or burrito.
  3. Toast the wraps:
      • Toast each wrap in a sandwich press, toaster, or hot grill pan for 1–2 minutes until crispy and the cheese is melted.
  4. Serve:
