Soft Apple and Butter Biscuits
Ingredients

eggs
200
grams sugar
400
milliliters vegetable oil
Vanilla essence (to taste)
740
grams flour

tablespoon baking powder
4
apples (cut into cubes)
Instructions
Prepare the Batter:
Crack the
4 eggs
into a large bowl.
Add
200g sugar
and mix well until combined.
Pour in
40ml vegetable oil
and add
vanilla essence
. Mix everything well.
Make the Biscuit Dough:
Gradually add
740g flour
and
1 tablespoon baking powder
to the egg mixture. Mix everything until it forms a dough.
If you want to make fewer biscuits, you can halve the quantity of ingredients.
Shape and Prepare Apples:
Shape the dough into small biscuit portions and place them on a tray.
Peel and cut
the
3-4 apples
into cubes.
Place the apple cubes on top of each biscuit.
Bake:
Preheat the oven to
180°C
(350°F).
Bake the biscuits for
10-15 minutes
, or until they are golden brown on top.
