Sliced Potatoes with Chicken, Kaiser, and Cheese

pieces of chicken breast (cut into cubes)
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Oregano (to taste)
Dried chili (to taste)

A little mozzarella (grated)

Kaiser slices (a small amount, sliced thinly)

Instructions

Season the chicken:
Cut
3 pieces of chicken breast
into cubes and place them in a bowl.
Season with
salt
,
black pepper
,
oregano
,
dried chili
,
paprika
, and
1 tablespoon olive oil
. Mix well.

Cook the chicken:
In a pan, heat
1 tablespoon of oil
and fry the seasoned chicken until it gets some color. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Prepare the Kaiser:
Slice the
Kaiser
into thin slices. Add to the same pan and fry until crispy. Set aside.

Prepare the potatoes:
Slice
4 medium-sized potatoes
very thinly (the thinner, the faster it cooks).
Grate
mozzarella
cheese.

Combine the ingredients:
In a large bowl, mix the sliced
potatoes
, cooked
chicken
, and fried
Kaiser
.
Add
yellow peppers
,
grated mozzarella
, and a bit of
oil from the Kaiser
.
Season with
salt

paprika

Add
50 ml of cooking cream
and mix everything well.

Assemble and bake:
Transfer the mixture to a baking tray.
Add another
50 ml of cooking cream
and
50 ml of water

Bake in the oven for
40 minutes
at 200°C (392°F).

After baking, top the dish with
grated cheddar cheese

10 minutes
