Prepare the Dough
- In a large bowl, combine 500 grams of flour, 12 grams of fresh yeast, 300 ml of warm water, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Start mixing with a spoon until the dough becomes thick, then switch to kneading it by hand.
- As the dough starts to come together, gradually add 30 ml of olive oil (or your preferred oil).
- Continue kneading for about 10 minutes, making sure to fold and stretch the dough as you go to develop the texture.

Let the Dough Rise
- Once the dough is smooth and elastic, shape it into a ball.
- Place the dough back into the bowl, sprinkle a little oil on top, and cover it.
- Let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.

Shape the Dough
- After the dough has risen, divide it into two equal pieces.
- Flatten each piece into a rectangular shape with your fingers.
- Roll each piece of dough tightly, sealing the ends.
- Place the shaped dough into a greased baking tray.

- Allow the dough to rise in the tray for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Before baking, brush the top of the dough with a little milk for a golden finish.
