    2. Start mixing with a spoon until the dough becomes thick, then switch to kneading it by hand.
    3. As the dough starts to come together, gradually add 30 ml of olive oil (or your preferred oil).
    4. Continue kneading for about 10 minutes, making sure to fold and stretch the dough as you go to develop the texture.
  2. Let the Dough Rise
    1. Once the dough is smooth and elastic, shape it into a ball.
    2. Place the dough back into the bowl, sprinkle a little oil on top, and cover it.
    3. Let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
  3. Shape the Dough
    1. After the dough has risen, divide it into two equal pieces.
    2. Flatten each piece into a rectangular shape with your fingers.
    3. Roll each piece of dough tightly, sealing the ends.
    4. Place the shaped dough into a greased baking tray.

    1. Allow the dough to rise in the tray for another 30 minutes.
    2. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
