Prepare the Baking Tray
- Grease a baking tray with a little butter (or oil), and dust with a small amount of flour. Set the tray aside.

Mix the Cake Batter
- Crack 3 eggs into a large bowl.
- Add a pinch of salt and 100 g sugar to the eggs. Mix well using a whisk until fully combined.
- Add 120 ml milk and 60 g sunflower oil, and continue whisking until the mixture is smooth.
- Gradually add 200 g cake flour, followed by 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and vanilla essence. Mix until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.

Prepare the Marble Effect
- Pour three-quarters of the cake batter into the prepared tray.
- In the remaining batter, add 1 tablespoon cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons milk, and mix until fully combined.
- Pour the cocoa mixture over the top of the light batter in the tray.

Swirl and Bake
- Use a fork or knife to gently swirl the cocoa mixture through the light batter to create the marble effect.
- Preheat the oven to 160°C and bake the cake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick or whisk test comes out clean.
