  1. Prepare the shrimps:

    • Wash the shrimps well and pat them dry.

    • Season with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, and chili flakes (optional).

    • Add 2–3 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well.

  1. Cook the shrimps:

    • Heat a pan and melt 50 g of butter.

    • Add the shrimps and fry them on both sides for a few minutes until they get a nice golden color.

  1. Add garlic and lemon:

    • Finely chop the garlic (not minced to avoid burning).

    • Add the garlic to the pan once the shrimps are golden and cook for a few minutes.

    • Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.

  1. Finish with parsley:

    • Add plenty of freshly chopped parsley.

    • Mix well and serve immediately.
