Prepare the Batter:

- In a large bowl, break 2 eggs and add a pinch of salt (and other condiments if desired). Stir until salt dissolves.
- Pour in the milk and mix well.
- Add the chopped salami, diced red pepper, grated cheddar cheese, and grated cheese.

Add Dry Ingredients:

- Mix in the baking powder.
- Gradually incorporate the flour, about 400 grams or as much as needed, until you get a slightly sticky dough that can be shaped.

Rest the Dough:

- Cover and let the dough rest for 10–15 minutes.

Shape the Flatbreads:

- Sprinkle flour on your work surface.
- Divide the dough into two parts.
- Using a rolling pin, roll each piece into a rectangular shape. (You can use a little oil instead of flour if you prefer.)

Cook:

- Heat oil in a pan.
- Place each flatbread in the hot oil and fry until golden brown on one side, then flip and fry the other side.
