  1. Cook the meatballs:

    • Add the meatballs and cook until they foam and rise to the surface.

  1. Prepare the vegetables:

    • Chop the onion finely.

    • Grate or cube the carrots.

    • Chop the celery leaves (or root).

    • Cube the potatoes.

  1. Build the soup:

    • Skim the foam from the meatball broth.

    • Add onion, carrots, celery, and potatoes.

    • Once the potatoes are tender, add canned tomatoes.

    • Season with salt and pepper.

  1. Finish the soup:
