Prepare the Nutmeg:

Mix Sugar and Lemon Zest:

- In a bowl, combine ½ cup of sugar with the zest of 1 lemon and set aside.

Prepare the Batter:

- In a large bowl, whisk together 5 eggs, 1 cup of oil, 1 cup of yogurt, and the sugar mixed with lemon zest.
- Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence and mix well.
- Gradually incorporate 2 cups of flour and 2 teaspoons of baking powder, stirring until smooth.

Prepare the Cocoa Batter:

- Divide the batter in half.
- To one half, add 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder and 3 teaspoons of milk, mixing well to remove any lumps.

Prepare the Tray:

- Grease a 25 cm diameter tray with butter.
- Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of sugar over the buttered tray.
- Arrange pitted plums on the tray, spreading them evenly.

- Place the tray in the preheated oven at 165°C (329°F).
- Bake until the toothpick test passes, around 30-40 minutes.
