  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cold mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla essence. Gradually add the liquid whipping cream and mix until well incorporated. You can use a mixer for this step if preferred.
  2. Pour milk into a separate bowl. Dip the cocoa biscuits into the milk, ensuring they are fully soaked but not overly soggy.
  3. Arrange a layer of soaked biscuits in the bottom of a tray (approximately 35x25 cm) to form the base of the cake.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture evenly over the layer of biscuits.
  5. Add another layer of soaked biscuits on top of the cream layer, followed by the remaining mascarpone cream. Finish with a final layer of soaked biscuits.
  6. For the glaze, finely chop the walnuts and mix them with the chocolate cream, melted in the microwave until smooth.
  7. Spread the chocolate glaze evenly over the top layer of biscuits.
  8. Refrigerate the cake overnight to allow it to set.
  9. Before serving, slice the cake into portions and enjoy! If desired, garnish with additional chopped walnuts or cocoa powder.
