Potatoes in Butter with Paprika and Mozzarella
Ingredients

potatoes (cut into cubes)
Water (enough to cover the potatoes)
Salt (to taste)

small onion (chopped)

of butter

tbsp
of paprika
1
garlic clove (finely chopped, optional)
Mozzarella (cut into cubes)
Instructions

Boil the Potatoes:
Peel and cut the
potatoes
into cubes.
Place them in a large pan and add enough
water
to cover them.
Season with
salt
and bring to a boil.
Let the potatoes cook for about
15 minutes
or until they are soft.

Prepare the Onion:
While the potatoes are boiling, chop the
onion

Cook the Onion and Paprika:
In a separate pan, melt
1 cup of butter
over medium heat.
Add the chopped
onion
and sauté for about
1 minute
, or until it changes color.

1 tablespoon of paprika
and cook for another minute over medium heat.
