Cook the Smoked Meat
• Slice the smoked kaiser into thin pieces.
• Heat oil in a large pot and fry the kaiser until golden and slightly crispy.

Add and Sauté the Vegetables
• Add the chopped onion, red pepper, celery, and carrots to the pot.
• Sauté everything for a few minutes to bring out the flavors.

Add the Potatoes and Water
• Add the cubed potatoes to the pot.
• Fill the pot with water (about ¾ full).
• Season with salt and your favorite spices.
• Let everything boil until the vegetables are soft and tender.

Add Tomato Paste and Borș
• Stir in the tomato paste and the borș.
• Let it simmer for a few more minutes so the flavors blend together.
