Potato Omelette – A Delicious and Satisfying Breakfast
Ingredients

medium potato (thinly sliced)

onion (finely chopped)

oil (for frying)

glass of water

medium eggs
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Chives (or green onion/parsley, optional)

small tomatoes (sliced)

Instructions

Prepare the Vegetables:
Slice the
potato
thinly to ensure faster cooking.
Finely chop the
onion

Cook the Potatoes and Onion:
Heat
3 tablespoons of oil
in a pan.
Add the
potatoes and onion
, pour in
½ glass of water
, cover with a lid, and let them cook.
If the water evaporates before the potatoes are soft, add a little more and continue cooking.

Prepare the Egg Mixture:
In a bowl, beat the
3 eggs
with
salt and pepper
.
Finely chop the
chives
(or green onion/parsley) and mix them into the eggs.

Prepare the Tomatoes:
Slice the
tomatoes
, season them with
salt, pepper, and olive oil
, and set them aside.

Combine and Cook the Omelette:

potatoes are fully cooked

and mix well.
