Potato and Mushroom Scramble with Garlic

Ingredients
  • 3 potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 3 mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable or olive oil)
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
      • Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks.
      • Slice the mushrooms into medium-sized pieces, not too small to preserve their flavor.
      • In a separate plate, break 3 eggs and season them with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs well and set aside.
  2. Fry the Potatoes:
      • Heat about 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
