  1. Prepare the batter:

    • In a large bowl, crack the eggs and add a pinch of salt. Beat well.
    • Gradually pour in the milk while whisking.
    • Sift in the flour in two batches, mixing well after each to avoid lumps.
    • Add baking powder and olive oil. Mix until smooth and lump-free. Set aside.
  1. Prepare toppings:

    • Slice sausages, ham, salami, peppers, and tomatoes. Grate mozzarella (if not pre-shredded).
  1. Assemble:

    • Line a standard baking tray with baking paper.
    • Pour the batter evenly into the tray.
    • Sprinkle mozzarella over the batter.
    • Add sliced sausages, ham, salami, olives, peppers, and tomatoes.
    • Season with salt, black pepper, and oregano.
  1. Bake:

    • Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
    • Bake for about 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
