Prepare the batter:
- In a large bowl, crack the eggs and add a pinch of salt. Beat well.
- Gradually pour in the milk while whisking.
- Sift in the flour in two batches, mixing well after each to avoid lumps.
- Add baking powder and olive oil. Mix until smooth and lump-free. Set aside.

Prepare toppings:
- Slice sausages, ham, salami, peppers, and tomatoes. Grate mozzarella (if not pre-shredded).

Assemble:
- Line a standard baking tray with baking paper.
- Pour the batter evenly into the tray.
- Sprinkle mozzarella over the batter.
- Add sliced sausages, ham, salami, olives, peppers, and tomatoes.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and oregano.

- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
