Prepare the meatball mixture

Place the minced meat in a large bowl.

Add Parmesan, salt, black pepper, eggs, soaked bread, and olive oil.

Mix everything well until fully combined.

Shape and cook the meatballs

Shape the mixture into medium-sized meatballs.

Fry them in a well-heated pan until nicely browned.

Alternatively, bake them at 200°C (390°F) on baking paper, drizzled with olive oil, until golden.

Start the sauce

In the same pan, add the chopped onion.

Add the garlic and sauté gently for a few minutes.

If needed, add a little water to prevent burning.

Build the sauce

Pour in the white wine and let it reduce slightly.

Add a cup of pasta cooking water.

Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes.

Season with salt to taste.

Add the heavy cream.
