  1. Prepare the Batter:

      • Add 1 cup cold water and 1 cup milk to the mixture. Stir.
      • Pour in 3-4 tablespoons of oil and mix everything together.
      • Gradually add 1 ½ cups flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder, mixing until smooth.
  2. Cook the Pancakes:
      • Heat a pan over high heat and grease it lightly with oil.
      • Using a ladle, pour the pancake batter into the pan, leveling it evenly.
      • Cook until the edges of the pancake start to dry, then flip and cook for another minute.
  3. Assemble:
      • Stack the pancakes on a plate.
      • Fill each pancake with jam, honey, and a sprinkle of walnuts if desired.
    Serve warm and enjoy your no-knead pancakes!
