Crush the biscuits and nuts

Place the biscuits and nuts in a food processor.

Blend until finely crushed.

If you don’t have a processor, put the biscuits in a bag.

Cover with a towel and crush using a rolling pin.

Chop the nuts separately if needed.

Prepare the mixture

Transfer the crushed biscuits and nuts into a large bowl.

Add cream cheese.

Add chocolate spread (or melted chocolate).

Mix well until a moldable dough forms.

The consistency should be soft but firm enough to shape.

Shape the balls

Take small portions of the mixture.

Roll them between your palms into balls.

Set aside.

Melt the chocolate

Melt the chocolate in the microwave for a few seconds.

Add 1 tablespoon of oil and mix well.
