  1. Crush the biscuits and nuts

    • Cover with a towel and crush using a rolling pin.

    • Chop the nuts separately if needed.

  1. Prepare the mixture

    • Transfer the crushed biscuits and nuts into a large bowl.

    • Add cream cheese.

    • Add chocolate spread (or melted chocolate).

    • Mix well until a moldable dough forms.

    • The consistency should be soft but firm enough to shape.

  1. Shape the balls

    • Take small portions of the mixture.

    • Roll them between your palms into balls.

    • Set aside.

  1. Melt the chocolate

    • Melt the chocolate in the microwave for a few seconds.

    • Add 1 tablespoon of oil and mix well.

    • Stir in chopped walnuts if desired.

  1. Coat the candies

    • Using a toothpick or fork, dip each ball into the melted chocolate.
