Prepare the Chicken
- Start by seasoning the chicken breast cubes with salt.
- Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken pieces until they change color and are cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside on a plate.

Cook the Vegetables
- Add a bit more olive oil to the pan.
- Add the chopped onion and fry for a few minutes until softened.
- Add the sliced green peppers and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 1-2 minutes to let the vegetables soften.

Add the Broth and Sour Cream
- Pour in 400 ml of chicken broth and 1/2 cup of sour cream.
- Stir everything together and season with salt to taste.
- Add the fried chicken back into the pan, along with some dill.

- Let everything cook for a few more minutes to combine the flavors.
- Serve the dish with a sprinkle of parmesan and a bit of chamomile for garnish if desired.
