  1. Prepare the Chicken
    1. Start by seasoning the chicken breast cubes with salt.
    2. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken pieces until they change color and are cooked through.
    3. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside on a plate.
  2. Cook the Vegetables
    1. Add a bit more olive oil to the pan.
    2. Add the chopped onion and fry for a few minutes until softened.
    3. Add the sliced green peppers and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
    4. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 1-2 minutes to let the vegetables soften.
  3. Add the Broth and Sour Cream
    1. Pour in 400 ml of chicken broth and 1/2 cup of sour cream.
    2. Stir everything together and season with salt to taste.
    3. Add the fried chicken back into the pan, along with some dill.
  4. Serve
    1. Let everything cook for a few more minutes to combine the flavors.
    2. Serve the dish with a sprinkle of parmesan and a bit of chamomile for garnish if desired.
