40g strawberry-flavored pudding powder
3-4tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
1tbsp vanilla essence
2tbsp butter

Instructions
1
Prepare the Puff Pastry
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
Roll out the chilled puff pastry on a work surface.
Cut it into thin strips or small pieces.
Score or cut the dough to prevent excessive puffing and help it bake evenly.
2
Bake the Puff Pastry
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Arrange the pastry pieces in a single layer.
Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
3
Prepare the Pudding
In a large saucepan, add the milk.
Add the strawberry pudding powder.
Add the sugar.
Add the vanilla essence.
Whisk well until there are no lumps.
4
Cook the Pudding
Place the saucepan over medium heat.
Cook according to the package instructions.
Stir continuously until thickened.
5
Finish the Cream
Remove the pudding from the heat.
Add the butter.
Stir until fully melted and incorporated.
Let the pudding cool for 2–3 minutes.
6
Break the Pastry
Once cooled slightly, break the baked puff pastry into small and medium-sized pieces.
The pieces do not need to be uniform.
7
Prepare the Biscuits
Break the chocolate biscuits into bite-sized pieces.
Set aside.
8
Assemble the Cake
Add the broken puff pastry pieces to a large bowl.
Add the chocolate biscuit pieces.
Pour the warm pudding over the mixture.
