Juicy Stuffed Chicken Breast with Cheddar, Salami, and Tomatoes

Prepare the Chicken
- Cut each chicken breast in half horizontally to create a pocket or “buzzer” for stuffing.
- Season both sides with salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper (optional).
- Place each breast on a cutting board and add 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each.

Add the Filling
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese inside each chicken pocket.
- Add 3 slices of salami on top of the cheese.
- Add a few cherry tomatoes (or sliced regular tomato) into the pocket.
- Fold the chicken closed to hold the stuffing inside.

Cook the Chicken
- Pour a little olive oil into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts into the dish.
- Score the tops lightly with a knife to help them cook evenly.
- Season the tops again with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
- Add 1 teaspoon of butter on top of each chicken piece.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 30 minutes.

- After 30 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven.
- Place another slice of cheddar on top of each breast.
- Return to the oven for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
