Prepare the Potatoes
- Clean and wash the potatoes well. Cut them into slices, adjusting the quantity to suit the number of servings.
- Line a resistant oven tray with baking paper.
- Spread the sliced potatoes evenly across the tray.

Prepare the Chicken
- Use the upper chicken thighs, lower thighs, and wings of a whole chicken. Mark the chicken pieces with a knife to ensure even cooking.
- Place the chicken pieces on top of the sliced potatoes in the tray.

Make the Sauce
- In a bowl, combine 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of paprika (spicy paprika if desired), 1 teaspoon of oregano, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil (or sunflower oil) to the spices.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, then gradually add ½ glass of milk, mixing until you get a smooth sauce-like consistency.

Assemble and Bake
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and potatoes, making sure everything is well-coated.
- Add around ½ cup of water to the tray.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake the chicken and potatoes until they are browned nicely on top, about 40-50 minutes, or until fully cooked.
