    1. Peel the carrot and grate it using a large grater.
    2. Add the grated carrot to the bowl with the cabbage.
  3. Add the Fresh Herbs
    1. If you have fresh parsley and dill, chop them finely and add them to the bowl with the cabbage and carrot.
    2. If you don't have fresh herbs, you can skip this step, but they add great flavor!
  4. Add the Garlic
    1. Peel and grate the garlic clove.
    2. Add the grated garlic to the salad mixture.
  5. Mix the Salad Dressing
