Activate the Yeast:
- In a large bowl, combine:
- 100 ml warm milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 5 g dry yeast
- 2–3 tablespoons flour
- Mix well and let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to activate.

Make the Dough:
- Add to the activated yeast:
- 100 ml melted butter
- 100 g yogurt
- 450 g flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Mix with a spatula.
- Add 1 whole egg + 1 egg white and continue mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead until dough becomes soft and no longer sticky.
- Cover with plastic wrap and a towel. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Add to the activated yeast:

Prepare the Filling:
- In a bowl, combine:
- 150 g feta (crumbled)
- 100 g cream cheese
- 50 g grated mozzarella
- 5 slices ham (cubed)
- Mix until well combined.

Shape the Buns:
- Divide risen dough into 8 equal parts.
- Grease an oven-safe pan with 1 tbsp oil.
- Flatten each dough piece into a small circle with your fingers.
- Place 1/8 of the filling in the center.
- Seal the dough tightly around the filling and place sealed-side-down in the tray.

Second Rise & Bake:
- Let buns rise again for 15 minutes.
- Brush with the reserved egg yolk.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40–45 minutes until golden.
Serve warm for maximum cheesiness and fluffiness!
