Prepare the Chicken and Potatoes:

- Place the chicken legs in a baking tray (you can substitute with chicken breast or superior chicken legs if preferred).
- Add new potatoes (or any potatoes you have available) to the tray.

Season the Meat and Potatoes:

- Season with salt, oregano, sweet paprika (or hot paprika/red chili flakes), black pepper, garlic powder, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Mix everything well to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.

Bake the Chicken and Potatoes:

- Place the tray in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 20 minutes.

Prepare the Garlic Lemon Sauce:

- While the chicken and potatoes are baking, peel and grate 5 cloves of garlic (or chop them finely).
- Zest and juice 2 lemons.
- In a bowl, combine the grated garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, equal parts olive oil, and water. Mix everything very well.
