  1. Prepare the Chicken and Potatoes:
      • Place the chicken legs in a baking tray (you can substitute with chicken breast or superior chicken legs if preferred).
      • Add new potatoes (or any potatoes you have available) to the tray.
  2. Season the Meat and Potatoes:
      • Season with salt, oregano, sweet paprika (or hot paprika/red chili flakes), black pepper, garlic powder, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
      • Mix everything well to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
  3. Bake the Chicken and Potatoes:
      • Place the tray in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 20 minutes.
  4. Prepare the Garlic Lemon Sauce:
      • While the chicken and potatoes are baking, peel and grate 5 cloves of garlic (or chop them finely).
      • Zest and juice 2 lemons.
      • In a bowl, combine the grated garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, equal parts olive oil, and water. Mix everything very well.
  5. Add the Sauce:
      • After the first 20 minutes of baking, pour the garlic lemon sauce over the chicken and potatoes.
  6. Finish Baking:
      • Return the tray to the oven for another 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Serve and Enjoy:
      • Once done, take the tray out of the oven and serve your Greek-style chicken legs with potatoes and a delicious garlic lemon sauce.
