  1. Prepare the Potatoes

    2. In a pot, add the potatoes, a little water, and salt. Mix everything well and cover the pot with a lid.
    3. Let the potatoes cook, stirring occasionally until they are tender.
  2. Prepare the Chickpeas
    1. Heat some oil in a separate pan, and add the chickpeas. Fry them lightly for a few minutes.
    2. Add a bit of water to the chickpeas and cover the pan. Let them cook and fry together until they are heated through and slightly crispy.
  3. Make the Garlic Sauce
    1. Grate the garlic cloves, and place them in a bowl.
    2. Add a pinch of salt and 3-4 tablespoons of oil. Gradually mix in water (adjust for desired consistency), then add fresh dill to taste.
    3. Stir well until the mixture forms a smooth, aromatic sauce.
  4. Cook the Sausages
    1. In a separate pan, cook the sausages until they are browned and fully cooked.
  5. Combine and Serve
    1. Once the potatoes are cooked, mix them with the garlic sauce and chickpeas.
    2. Add the cooked sausages on top or mix them in, depending on your preference.
    3. Garnish with extra dill if desired.
