Prepare the Potatoes
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin slices.
- In a pot, add the potatoes, a little water, and salt. Mix everything well and cover the pot with a lid.
- Let the potatoes cook, stirring occasionally until they are tender.

Prepare the Chickpeas
- Heat some oil in a separate pan, and add the chickpeas. Fry them lightly for a few minutes.
- Add a bit of water to the chickpeas and cover the pan. Let them cook and fry together until they are heated through and slightly crispy.

Make the Garlic Sauce
- Grate the garlic cloves, and place them in a bowl.
- Add a pinch of salt and 3-4 tablespoons of oil. Gradually mix in water (adjust for desired consistency), then add fresh dill to taste.
- Stir well until the mixture forms a smooth, aromatic sauce.

Cook the Sausages
- In a separate pan, cook the sausages until they are browned and fully cooked.

Combine and Serve
- Once the potatoes are cooked, mix them with the garlic sauce and chickpeas.
- Add the cooked sausages on top or mix them in, depending on your preference.
- Garnish with extra dill if desired.
