  1. Prep the raspberries:

    • Wash 200 g of fresh raspberries and gently pat dry with a napkin.

    • Place them on a plate lined with baking paper.

    • Freeze for about 1 hour until firm.

  1. Melt white chocolate:

    In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 200 g of white chocolate in short intervals (10–15 seconds at a time), stirring between each until smooth.

  1. Coat with white chocolate:

    • Stick each frozen raspberry on a toothpick for easy dipping.

    • Dip each one fully in white chocolate and place back on baking paper.

    • Once all are coated, freeze again for 30 minutes.

  1. Melt dark (or milk) chocolate:

    • Melt 200 g of dark (or milk) chocolate using the same microwave method.

    • Make sure the chocolate is warm, not hot to avoid melting the frozen berries.

  1. Add second chocolate layer:

    • Take frozen white chocolate-coated raspberries and dip them into the melted dark chocolate.

    • Let excess chocolate drip off, then place back on the baking paper.

  1. Final chill (optional):

      Leave in the freezer until ready to serve. Store in the freezer and enjoy whenever you like!
