Prepare the Fish:

Prepare the Garlic Sauce:
-
- Grate 3 cloves of garlic and place them in a bowl.
- Add salt, 1 teaspoon oil, and mix well.
- Stir in the thick cream to create a creamy garlic sauce.
- Add fresh dill for flavor and garnish.
-
-
Serve:
-
- Serve the fried fish with the garlic cream sauce on the side.
- Enjoy with mamaliga (polenta) or as a standalone dish.
Tip: For added flavor, you can also sprinkle some fresh dill over the fish before serving. -
