  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
  2. 2. Fill the same cup used for flour with water and pour it over the dry mixture. Incorporate everything until smooth, but avoid overmixing.
  3. Add another three-quarters of a cup of water to the mixture and mix well
  4. Add 4 tablespoons of oil to the mixture and mix until combined.
  5. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Take a ladle of the batter and pour it onto the pan, shaping it into a pancake.
  6. Cook the pancake for a few minutes until the edges start to dry. Flip it over and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove the pancake from the pan and place it on a plate to cool.
  8. Once cooled, fill the pancakes with your choice of jam (apricot, walnut, raspberry), honey, or nuts.
  9. Serve and enjoy this absolutely delicious dessert with your family
