Prepare the Cake Batter
- Preheat your oven to 165°C (330°F) and grease a resistant baking tray with a little oil.
- In a large bowl, break the 4 eggs and add 12 tablespoons of grated sugar. Mix everything well until the sugar melts completely.
- Add 12 tablespoons of oil, 12 tablespoons of milk, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence to the egg mixture. Mix thoroughly.
- Gradually add 12 tablespoons of cake flour and 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder. Stir everything together until the mixture is smooth. The batter should be thick but not too liquid. If the batter is too thin, add a little more flour to adjust the consistency.

Prepare the Cocoa Mixture
- In a small bowl, sift 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and mix it with 2 tablespoons of milk to form a smooth cocoa paste.

Layer the Cake
- Divide the prepared cake batter into two portions.
- In the baking tray, pour the first portion of the batter.
- Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence to the second portion and pour it over the first layer.
- Then, add 1 tablespoon of the cocoa mixture and alternate the layers with the vanilla and cocoa batters. Continue layering until all the batter and cocoa mixture is used up.

Bake the Cake
- Place the cake in the preheated oven at 165°C (330°F) and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
- To check if the cake is done, insert a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.

Cool and Serve
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
- Slice and serve once it's completely cooled.
