Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Drizzle two tablespoons of olive oil into an ovenproof dish and spread it evenly.

Slice the onion into rounds and place them in the dish.

Slice the potatoes thinly and layer them in the dish.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes and add them to the dish.

Season everything with salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, oregano, black pepper, and mix well.

Grate the tomatoes and spread them over the dish, or use tomato paste/sauce if preferred.

Add a glass of water to the dish.

Cover the dish with damp parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
