Delicious Pasta with Shrimps

Prepare the Shrimps:
- Season 450g of shrimps with salt, sweet paprika, chili flakes, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and black pepper. Mix well.
- In a well-heated pan, fry the shrimps until cooked through and golden on both sides.
- Remove the shrimps from the pan and set them aside on a plate.

Prepare the Sauce:
- In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Add the finely chopped shallots and garlic, and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add 200g of pasta and sauté for about 2 minutes until the pasta changes color.

Cook the Pasta:
- For 1 glass of pasta, add 3 glasses of chicken broth or water. Add the broth in two rounds.
- After adding the second portion of the broth, mix well, cover, and let it simmer on medium heat until the liquid evaporates.

Combine Everything:
- Optional: Add dried tomatoes if desired for extra flavor.
- Once the pasta is cooked, add 50ml of cooking cream, spinach, and the cooked shrimps.
- Mix everything well until combined and heated through.
- Finish with grated parmesan.
