  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    1. Soak the bread slices in milk (or water) and set them aside to absorb.
    2. Grate the potato and drain the juice.
    3. Grate the onion and drain the juice as well.
    4. Chop the parsley finely (or use frozen parsley or dill if preferred).
    5. Grate the garlic cloves and set them aside.
  2. Make the Meatball Mixture:
    1. In a large bowl, combine 450 g minced pork, the grated potato, onion, soaked bread, chopped parsley, garlic, and egg.
    2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    3. Mix everything well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Shape the Meatballs:
    1. Wet your hands with a little cold water to prevent the mixture from sticking.
    2. Shape the meatballs into small, round balls, using the mixture.
  4. Cook the Meatballs:
    1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
    2. Place the meatballs in the pan and fry them, turning them occasionally to ensure they brown well on all sides.
    3. Use a fork to carefully pick up and flip the meatballs while frying.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Serve your meatballs with a side of beef or veal salad, mustard, and fresh bread.
