Prepare the Ingredients:
- Soak the bread slices in milk (or water) and set them aside to absorb.
- Grate the potato and drain the juice.
- Grate the onion and drain the juice as well.
- Chop the parsley finely (or use frozen parsley or dill if preferred).
- Grate the garlic cloves and set them aside.

Make the Meatball Mixture:
- In a large bowl, combine 450 g minced pork, the grated potato, onion, soaked bread, chopped parsley, garlic, and egg.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix everything well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Shape the Meatballs:
- Wet your hands with a little cold water to prevent the mixture from sticking.
- Shape the meatballs into small, round balls, using the mixture.

Cook the Meatballs:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Place the meatballs in the pan and fry them, turning them occasionally to ensure they brown well on all sides.
- Use a fork to carefully pick up and flip the meatballs while frying.
