Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Breadcrumbs (or panko breadcrumbs)
  • Oil for frying
Instructions
  1. Prepare the chicken:
      • Cut 2 chicken breasts into thin strips.
      • Season with salt, oregano, sweet paprika, garlic powder, and olive oil.
      • Mix everything well to coat the chicken evenly.
  2. Prepare the egg mixture:
      • In a bowl, break 2 eggs and season with a pinch of salt.
      • Mix well and set aside.
  3. Prepare the breadcrumbs:
      • Place breadcrumbs (or panko) on a plate, ready for breading.
  4. Coat the chicken:
      • Dip each strip of chicken first into the egg mixture, then coat it with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure an even coating.
      • Repeat with all the chicken strips.
  5. Fry the chicken:
      • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
      • Fry the chicken strips until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  6. Drain and serve:
      • Remove the chicken from the pan and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
      • Serve hot with your favorite sauce or a side salad.
