Prepare the Fish:
- Season the 600 g salmon with salt, black pepper, and sweet paprika. Drizzle with olive oil.
- In a well-heated pan, add a little oil and fry the fish until it is cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Potatoes:
- Boil 6-7 potatoes in water with a pinch of salt until tender. Drain and set aside.

Make the Creamy Sauce:
- In the same pan, melt 30 g butter, then add 2 tbsp flour. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually add 200-250 ml milk, stirring constantly, until the mixture becomes creamy.
- Season with salt, add juice of half a lemon, black pepper, 70 g cheddar cheese, and 1 tbsp mustard.
- Stir in fresh parsley and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Mash the Potatoes:
- Mash the boiled potatoes with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Set aside.

Assemble the Fish Pie:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a heat-resistant tray, layer the cooked salmon at the bottom.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the fish.
- Add 2 sprigs spinach on top and spread the mashed potatoes evenly over everything.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of the potatoes.

- Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
