Creamy Minced Meat Pasta with Parmesan

Prepare the base:

- Heat a pan over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Add the finely chopped onion and garlic. Sauté for about 10 minutes until softened.

Cook the vegetables & meat:

- Add the finely chopped red bell pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the minced pork (or preferred meat) and cook until it changes color.

Make the sauce:

- Pour in the tomato juice and chicken broth (or water if broth is unavailable).
- Season with salt, black pepper, and rosemary.
- Let it simmer for about 15 minutes.

Cook the pasta:

- Meanwhile, boil the pasta in salted water according to package instructions.
- Reserve a small amount of pasta water before draining.

Combine everything:

- Add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese to the sauce and mix well.
- Toss in the drained pasta along with a little pasta water to help bind everything together.
- Let it cook together for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
