Creamy Chicken Pasta with Parmesan

Ingredients
  • 200 grams pasta (your choice)
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced thinly
  • 100 grams smoked Kaiser (or bacon), sliced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ½ teaspoons ginger powder
  • ½ teaspoons oregano
  • ½ teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 100 milliliters cooking cream
  • 100 grams grated Parmesan (or more, to taste)
  • 1 cup pasta water
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    1. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and season with salt, black pepper, ginger powder, oregano, sweet paprika, olive oil, and lemon juice.
    2. Slice the smoked Kaiser into pieces.
  2. Cook the Meat:
    1. Heat a pan and cook the Kaiser until it gets golden. Remove and set aside.
    2. In the same pan, cook the chicken slices until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. Make the Sauce:
    1. In the same pan, add 1 cup of pasta water and 100 ml cooking cream.
    2. Stir in the Kaiser and grated Parmesan, mixing well.
    3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Combine Everything:
    1. Add the cooked pasta into the sauce and let it simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
    2. Serve with the chicken on top and extra grated Parmesan.
