Creamy Chicken Pasta with Parmesan

  1. Prepare and season the chicken:
      • Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and then into bite-sized cubes (not too thick or too thin).
      • Season with salt, chili powder, oregano, sweet paprika, turmeric, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Mix well.
  2. Cook the chicken:
      • Heat a bit of oil in a pan, add the seasoned chicken and fry until cooked through.
  3. Cook the pasta:
      • Bring a pot of salted water to boil.
      • Add pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions.
  4. Prepare the sauce:
      • In the same pan with chicken, add a little more oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
      • Add cooking cream and grated Parmesan cheese, stir well to combine.
      • Add the lemon juice and mix again.
  5. Combine pasta and sauce:
      • Drain the pasta, reserving about half a cup of pasta cooking water.
      • Add pasta and pasta water to the sauce, mixing everything well.
      • Return the cooked chicken to the pan, combine and let cook together for another 5 minutes.
