Creamy Chicken Pasta with Parmesan

Prepare and season the chicken:

- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and then into bite-sized cubes (not too thick or too thin).
- Season with salt, chili powder, oregano, sweet paprika, turmeric, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Mix well.

Cook the chicken:

- Heat a bit of oil in a pan, add the seasoned chicken and fry until cooked through.

Cook the pasta:

- Bring a pot of salted water to boil.
- Add pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions.

Prepare the sauce:

- In the same pan with chicken, add a little more oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add cooking cream and grated Parmesan cheese, stir well to combine.
- Add the lemon juice and mix again.

Combine pasta and sauce:

- Drain the pasta, reserving about half a cup of pasta cooking water.
- Add pasta and pasta water to the sauce, mixing everything well.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan, combine and let cook together for another 5 minutes.
