Creamy Chicken and Caesar Pasta with Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
Smoked caesar (cut into sticks)

piece of chicken breast (cut into strips and then into cubes)
Oil (for frying)
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Sweet paprika (to taste)
Optional spices (as preferred)

medium onion (finely chopped)
3
cloves of garlic (finely chopped)

tomato paste

ml
cooking cream
Pasta (as desired)
Pasta water (reserved from boiling pasta)
Fresh parmesan cheese (for serving)
Fresh basil (for serving)
Instructions

Fry the Caesar:
Cut the
smoked caesar
into sticks and fry until it gets a nice golden color. Set it aside in a bowl.

Prepare the Chicken:
Cut the
chicken breast
into strips and then into cubes. Season with
salt
,
black pepper
, and
sweet paprika
(and any other spices you like).
In the same pan, heat a little
oil
and fry the chicken until it’s cooked through.

Cook Onion and Garlic:
While the chicken cooks,
finely chop
the
onion
and
garlic
.
Once the chicken is done, remove it from the pan and set it aside. In the same pan, add the chopped
onion
and
garlic
, frying until the onion softens.
Add a bit of
pasta water
to help the onion soften.

Make the Sauce:
Add
3-4 tablespoons of tomato paste
to the pan with the softened onion and garlic. Let it cook for about 2 minutes.
Pour in
100 ml of cooking cream
and stir everything well. Add more
pasta water
to adjust the consistency of the sauce.

Combine Pasta and Meat:
Add the cooked
pasta
,
fried caesar
, and
chicken
back into the pan.
Stir everything together, seasoning with
salt
to taste. Let the dish simmer on low heat for about
10 minutes
to combine all the flavors.

Serve:
Serve the creamy pasta with a generous sprinkle of
parmesan cheese
and fresh
basil
.
