  1. Prepare the Biscuit Base
    1. Crush 190 g of biscuits (you can use cocoa biscuits or any kind you like) using a fork until they are finely crushed.
    2. Spread the crushed biscuits evenly in the bottom of a 30x30 cm tray, covering the entire surface.
  2. Make the Pudding
    1. In a large saucepan, add 190 g of flour, 100 g of sugar, and a pinch of salt.
    2. Gradually incorporate 1 liter of milk, whisking to avoid lumps.
    3. Add 1 tablespoon of orange peel and 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence (or any essence of your choice).
    4. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and the taste of flour disappears.
    5. Once thickened, pour the pudding over the crushed biscuits, spreading it evenly with a wet spatula. Allow it to cool.
  3. Prepare the Whipped Cream
    1. In a bowl, mix 300 g of whipping cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar (adjust the sugar based on your preference), a little orange peel, and vanilla essence.
    2. Whip until it forms a creamy texture.
  4. Assemble the Cake
    1. Once the pudding has cooled, cut the dessert into 9 squares.
    2. Top each square with a generous amount of whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
