Prepare the Biscuit Base
- Crush 190 g of biscuits (you can use cocoa biscuits or any kind you like) using a fork until they are finely crushed.
- Spread the crushed biscuits evenly in the bottom of a 30x30 cm tray, covering the entire surface.

Make the Pudding
- In a large saucepan, add 190 g of flour, 100 g of sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- Gradually incorporate 1 liter of milk, whisking to avoid lumps.
- Add 1 tablespoon of orange peel and 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence (or any essence of your choice).
- Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and the taste of flour disappears.
- Once thickened, pour the pudding over the crushed biscuits, spreading it evenly with a wet spatula. Allow it to cool.

Prepare the Whipped Cream
- In a bowl, mix 300 g of whipping cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar (adjust the sugar based on your preference), a little orange peel, and vanilla essence.
- Whip until it forms a creamy texture.

Assemble the Cake
- Once the pudding has cooled, cut the dessert into 9 squares.
- Top each square with a generous amount of whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
