Instructions
Prepare the White Chocolate Cream
Break
250 grams of white chocolate
into pieces and melt it in the microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine
500 grams cold mascarpone
and
370 ml whipping cream
.
Add the melted white chocolate and
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
to the bowl. Mix everything well.
Gradually incorporate
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
and mix again until smooth. Set the cream aside.
Prepare the Biscuits
Pour
200 ml cold milk
into a separate bowl.
Soak
2 packets of biscuits
briefly in the cold milk.
Assemble the Roll
Lay a piece of
plastic wrap
flat on a surface.
Place the soaked biscuits in the center of the plastic wrap, arranging them in a line.
Spread
3/4 of the prepared cream
evenly over the biscuits, covering the entire surface.
Carefully roll the biscuits tightly using the plastic wrap, creating a log-shaped roll.
Chill the Roll
Once the roll is formed, wrap it tightly in the plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight for the best texture.
