Ingredients
  • 250 grams of white chocolate
  • 500 grams cold mascarpone
  • 370 milliliters whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200 milliliters cold milk
  • 2 packets of biscuits
  • Plastic wrap
Instructions
  1. Prepare the White Chocolate Cream
    1. Break 250 grams of white chocolate into pieces and melt it in the microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth.
    2. In a large bowl, combine 500 grams cold mascarpone and 370 ml whipping cream.
    3. Add the melted white chocolate and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix everything well.
    4. Gradually incorporate 3 tablespoons powdered sugar and mix again until smooth. Set the cream aside.
  2. Prepare the Biscuits
    1. Pour 200 ml cold milk into a separate bowl.
    2. Soak 2 packets of biscuits briefly in the cold milk.
  3. Assemble the Roll
    1. Lay a piece of plastic wrap flat on a surface.
    2. Place the soaked biscuits in the center of the plastic wrap, arranging them in a line.
    3. Spread 3/4 of the prepared cream evenly over the biscuits, covering the entire surface.
    4. Carefully roll the biscuits tightly using the plastic wrap, creating a log-shaped roll.
  4. Chill the Roll
    1. Once the roll is formed, wrap it tightly in the plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight for the best texture.
