- Prepare the Meat:

- Cut 2 pieces of pork into cubes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the pork until the color fades.
- Prepare the Vegetables:

- While the meat is cooking, chop 1 medium onion.
- Grate half a carrot and slice the other half.
- Cut 3 medium potatoes into larger cubes.
- Make the Soup Base:

- Once the meat is ready, add 1.5 liters of water and season with salt.
- Bring it to a boil and let it cook for 25 minutes.
- Add the Vegetables:

- Add the chopped onion, grated carrot, sliced carrot, and 1 red pepper cut into cubes.
- Remove any foam that forms on the surface.
- Prepare the Cream Mixture:

- In a bowl, mix 100 ml of cream and 2 egg yolks.
- Add the Potatoes:

- Add the 3 medium-sized potatoes to the soup along with more water if necessary, and let it cook.
- Blend Potatoes with Cream:

- Gradually add the mashed potatoes to the soup and stir.
