In a hot pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté the onion and bell pepper for 1-2 minutes. Then add the tomato paste and flour and mix well.

Pour half a cup of cold water and mix until there are no lumps. Gradually add the hot broth and mix well.

Season with salt, black pepper, and sweet paprika, then add the cooking cream. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the crushed garlic cloves with salt and oil.

Pour the cooled chicken broth and set aside

When the sauce becomes creamy, add the chicken and let it simmer together for another 10 minutes with the lid on.
