Start by seasoning the chicken drumsticks with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, oregano, powdered ginger, and two tablespoons of flour. Mix everything well in a large bowl.

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the seasoned chicken drumsticks until they are golden brown on all sides. Set them aside.

In the same pan, sautΓ© sliced onions until they become translucent. Then, add grated garlic, thinly sliced bell peppers, and season with paprika, salt, black pepper, and a tablespoon of tomato paste. Mix everything well.

Pour in a glass of water and between 150 and 200 milliliters of cooking cream. Allow the peppers to soften, then add Parmesan cheese and two bags of spinach. Let it cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Return the fried chicken drumsticks to the pan and let them simmer together with the sauce for about 10 minutes.

Once everything is cooked through and the flavors have melded together, serve the chicken drumsticks with the delicious Parmesan sauce.
