For the Dough:

Prepare the Dough
- In a large bowl, combine 200 ml of warm water, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 egg, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well.
- Gradually add 450 g of flour, mixing until a slightly sticky dough forms.
- Cover the dough and let it rest while preparing the filling.

Prepare the Filling
- In a separate bowl, combine 450 g of salted goat cheese, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and chopped fresh dill (or green onion, if preferred).
- Set the filling mixture aside while working with the dough.

Shape the Pies
- Grease your work surface with a little oil.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
- Take one piece of dough and stretch it as much as you can. Then, grease both sides with oil.
- Place a generous amount of cheese filling in the center of the stretched dough.
- Fold the ends of the dough over the filling and seal the edges to prevent the filling from spilling out.
- Flatten the pie slightly with your fingers to create an even shape.

Bake the Pies
- Grease a baking tray with a little oil.
- Place the prepared pies in the tray and bake in the preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) until they turn golden brown on top.
