Broccoli with Pasta and Turkey
Ingredients
2
pieces of broccoli (washed and broken into pieces)
Water (for boiling)
Salt (to taste)
1
leek (cut into small pieces)
1
carrot (cut into cubes)
1
stalk of celery (cut into small pieces)
3
tablespoons of oil
400
grams of minced turkey (or preferred meat)
Salt, pepper, sweet paprika, garlic powder, oregano (to taste)
1
glass of broccoli soup (or vegetable broth)
½
glass of cooking cream
Boiled pasta (as much as needed)
50
grams of grated parmesan cheese
Cheddar cheese (3 drops or to taste)
Oven-safe dish
Instructions
Prepare the Broccoli:
Wash the
broccoli
thoroughly.
Break it into smaller pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add
salt
, and once it starts boiling, add the
broccoli
.
Let it boil for about
10 minutes
until tender.
Prepare the Vegetables:
Cut
leek
,
carrot
, and
celery
into small pieces.
Cook the Meat and Vegetables:
In a pan, heat
2-3 tablespoons of oil
.
Add
400 grams of minced turkey
(or your preferred meat) and the prepared vegetables.
Cook on medium heat for about
5 minutes
, stirring until the meat changes color.
Season with
salt
,
pepper
,
sweet paprika
,
garlic powder
, and
oregano
. Mix well.
Add Liquids:
Pour in about
1 glass of broccoli soup
(or vegetable broth) and
½ glass of cooking cream
.
Let it simmer until the liquid reduces.
Assemble the Dish:
In an oven-safe dish, place the
drained broccoli
.
Pour the meat and vegetable mixture over the broccoli.
Add the boiled
pasta
and mix gently.
Grate
50 grams of parmesan
cheese and sprinkle on top.
Add
3 drops of cheddar cheese
for extra flavor.
Bake:
Preheat your oven to
200°C
.
Bake for about
30 minutes
or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve:
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
